By accessing or using the website at redlandsmasonry.com, or by hiring Redlands Masonry & Concrete to perform any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Redlands Masonry & Concrete provides masonry and concrete services to residential and commercial customers in Redlands, CA and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, outdoor kitchen masonry, walkway construction, and related work.
All services are subject to a written estimate and a separate service agreement signed by both parties before work begins. These Terms and Conditions apply alongside any such agreement. In the event of a conflict, the written service agreement governs.
Written estimates are provided at no charge following an on-site visit. An estimate reflects our best assessment of scope and cost at the time it is prepared, based on visible conditions. Estimates are not a guaranteed final price.
If conditions discovered during work differ materially from what was visible at the time of the estimate - for example, concealed damage, unexpected soil conditions, or code-required modifications - we will notify you and provide a revised written estimate before proceeding with additional work. We will not perform work that materially increases project cost without your prior written or documented verbal approval.
Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise stated.
Project start dates are scheduled after estimate acceptance and any required deposit is received. Start dates may be subject to change due to weather, permit timelines, or material availability. We will give you as much advance notice as possible of any schedule changes.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee to cover crew and material costs already incurred. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable depending on materials already ordered or work already performed.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. No cancellation fee applies in those cases.
Payment terms are outlined in each written service agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. For larger projects, progress payments may be scheduled at defined milestones, as agreed in writing before work starts.
Payment is due at the time specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as stated in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue until the account is brought current.
Accepted payment methods are outlined in your service agreement. Personal checks are accepted at our discretion.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in your written service agreement.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: soil movement, seismic activity, flooding, freeze-thaw cycles, vandalism, improper use or modification of completed work by others, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.
Manufacturer warranties on materials, if any, are passed through to you as the owner and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions. We do not extend manufacturer warranties or assume liability for manufacturer defects beyond what the manufacturer provides.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing litigation. Mediation shall be conducted in Redlands, CA by a mutually agreed neutral mediator.
If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
